It hardly seems like a month since our return from St. Petersburg but I want to thank you once again for making our trip such a memorable one. It was far beyond my expectations. As guides you are all so knowledgeable, proud of your cultural heritage and unfailingly enthusiastic. Please pass along our thanks and best New Year wishes for 2012 to Palina and Alexandra. My wife and I visited St. Petersburg from 28th November to 4th December 2011. We arranged private guiding and were not disappointed. We found all the guides very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, spoke excellent English and were as friendly and helpful as they could possibly be. Their pride in their cultural heritage was obvious. I strongly recommend this organisation.

This company is very professional and delivers what they promise. The two tours that were arranged for us were exactly what we had hoped for. We were picked up at our hotel as promised and Natalia our guide took us to Catherine's Palace as requested. She gave us a very complete rundown on the history and interiors as well as an extensive tour of the gardens.

Our second trip was an all day visit to Novgorod. The driver picked us up promptly and took us to Novgorod where we met up with our guide Alexandra. She was absolutely delightful. This is a very worthwhile destination especially if you have already seen the main sights in St. Petersburg. We experienced a horrendous traffic jam on the way back to our hotel, but our driver was very patient and didn't seem bothered by our slow progress which pretty much doubled the driving time.

Ballet tickets were also arranged for us and we enjoyed a lovely evening at the Hermitage Theatre.

I was very impressed with the service we received and the price was very reasonable. Ekaterina was our email contact and she was responsive to every request we made.

Just came back from Saint Petersburg, where I was for a short stay. I am Russian, who lives in the US. I know that Russian service often is not of the same level as Westerners expect, and there is a lot of rip-off out there, to be honest.

Not sure I'm clear on the role Ekaterina (Katya) plays in the company, but she made our experience a blast, even though I contacted her via e-mail only a week before my travel. My main praise goes to her professsionalism, clarity, effective long-distance communitation, and ability to LISTEN to her client's needs.

My husband and I had only few days in St.Pete, but we didn't have an appetitie for the usual crowded places (Hermitage, Petergoff, etc). She listened was able to quickly organize an itinerary just to meet our needs. It was a great beginner overview of St. Pete, not over-bearing - just a terrific sampler.

In person, Ekaterina is extremely pleasant and speaks English wonderfully. I would highly recommend her to other tourists who are short on time or prefer touring experience with a passionate, knowledgeable, and personable local. Good job, Katya!

My apologies for the delayed reply. The trip to Novogord was wonderful. Arkady was a truly perfect guide. He provided just the right amount of information, made sure that the day kept moving from sight to sight, was friendly and personable. The driver was ontime and very friendly as well, although both we (and he, I am sure) hope that they fill in a few of the potholes between St. Petersburg and Novgorod soon! I hope your driver's car is intact. Overall, I would unhesitatingly recommend your services to any of my friends and colleagues. I'll post a review up on Trip Advisor today.
